On your wedding day, we’re the ones making sure your vision becomes reality — so you can be fully present for every moment.
What is Month-Of Coordination?
Month-of coordination is for the couple who’s handled a lot of the planning — but wants a little more support leading up to the wedding. It’s not full-service planning, but it’s that sweet spot of having a professional on your side to polish the details, make smart suggestions, and reduce your stress as the day approaches.
At Madison Nicole Events, our month-of coordination includes everything from our day-of coordination package plus two key elements that truly elevate your experience:
✨Vendor Consultation: We’ll meet to go over your vendor expectations, answer any questions, and offer recommendations to make sure everything is aligned.
✨Design Consultation: You’ve already chosen your vibe — we’re here to refine it. We’ll make suggestions for styling, rentals, and cohesive guest experience so your day feels intentional from start to finish.
We begin working with you 10 months before your wedding day, giving us plenty of time to smooth out the details and ensure everything comes together seamlessly.
